Cheryl is currently a Regional Community Director with Balfour Beatty Communities overseeing 5 Air Force projects with over 3000 homes. She started her career over a decade ago as a leasing specialist at Fort Sill OK. She is passionate about serving the military community as she is a spouse of a recently retired active-duty service member. Cheryl prides herself on development and growing the next leaders and believes that investing in people yields the best results. Cheryl earned her ARM in 2013 and is continuing to grow in the field by becoming a CPM candidate.
