Carling Moore has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 10 years. She currently manages a portfolio of 1.4 million square feet of industrial and office flex property in North and Central FL for Cushman & Wakefield.
During her time as a Property Manager she has worked with a wide range of clientele including large institutional investors, private investors, and regional developers. She has a breadth of experience managing office, industrial, and retail properties.
Her current role requires the creation and implementation of annual budgets, the provision of operating expense reconciliations, management of capital and TI projects, and to act as an advisor and strategic consultant for her clients.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Carling was a Property Manager for Colliers International and she started her career as a Real Estate Services Administrator for CBRE. Carling is a graduate of the University of North Florida and holds a FL Real Estate Sales Associate License. She credits a good foundation in the fundamentals of lease administration to her success in the industry.
Carling is determined to provide value for her clients and manages properties in a way that is certain to maintain their integrity over time.
