As a Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, Brian Hill works with key institutional clients to achieve their operational and investment goals. He leverages a breadth of experience across all major asset classes to deliver comprehensive real estate services including operations oversight, budget preparation, financial reporting and risk management. A native Charlottean, Brian graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011 with a degree in Philosophy. He is a CPM Candidate, licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, a BOMA member, and is a 2019 member of IREM’s Legislative and Public Policy Committee. As an active member of the IREM Western North Carolina Chapter, Brian also serves as a member of the chapter’s Industry Partners committee.
