Bre began her multifamily career with Alliance in 2010 as a Sales Associate and now as a Regional Manager, oversees 1,400 units (stabilized, mixed-use, active 55+, lease ups, and full rehabs). In 2017, Bre was awarded the coveted ‘Soul of Alliance’ award and named the Regional Manager of the Year for the Mountain Region. Additionally, she was a nominee for the UAA Regional Manager of the Year in 2018. Bre earned her CPM designation through IREM in 2018 and is currently serving on the UAA Board as well as Alliance’s Emerging Leaders Committee. Over the years, she has been instrumental in the success of Alliance’s Mountain Region helping them climb to the number 4 largest management company spot (NMHC). With a strong focus on client relationship and associate retention, Bre continues to drive property performance for all assets within her portfolio while leading and mentoring her teams to success.
