Brandi Donaldson is an experienced executive with multi-disciplined expertise in multifamily real estate.  Her industry tenure spans 16 years specializing in the oversight of multi-million dollar projects nation-wide.  Prior to joining Cortland, Brandi has served as both a Regional Vice President for a national fee managed organization, as well as, a Senior Vice President of Multi-family for a vertically integrated development company.

As Director of Operations at Cortland, Brandi functions in an entrepreneurial capacity acting as the COO of a multimillion dollar, multifamily portfolio - shaping its day-to-day operations and guiding asset operational and financial performance, as well as, working as a direct partner with the Director of Investments in outlining a strategy to achieve excellence for the assets.  As a leader, she fosters a supportive and empowered culture while setting the tone for her teams to become a beacon in the marketplace.  Cortland‘s unparalleled innovation and quality performance continues to inspire her body of work, contributing to the company’s continued success.
