Beth specializes in the field of commercial real estate management. She works closely with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors to maximize productivity and quality of work. Beth excels in providing the clients and the tenants with professional customer service that exceeds their expectations.
Beth began her career with Colliers as a Property Coordinator and through her continuous efforts to grow her knowledge and skill set was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Throughout her time at Colliers, she has been a strong, confident team member who shares a keen knack for building relationships and trust, her enterprising spirit is showcased daily in her timely and creative solutions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Beth worked at Environmental Management Inc., where she worked as a Maintenance Admin Coordinator. Some of her responsibilities included obtaining, reviewing, and processing paperwork, and entering data and billing information. During her time at EMI, she was also able to maintain strong communication amongst different service lines.
Beth graduated from Ohio University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Communication in 3.5 years, with minors in Business and Marketing, and holds a Real Estate License in the state of Ohio .
Beth is a member of IREM Columbus Chapter.
