Ariel Guzman started with Greystar in 2020 in the New York region. He is described as an empathetic and motivated leader. Ariel has been exposed to a vast range of assets during his time in property management. Prior to joining Greystar, Ariel was a manager with AvalonBay Communities in New Jersey. In recognition of his drive for exemplary work during his tenure there, he has received the Assistant Property Manager Award of Excellence from New Jersey Apartment Association, and served on the National Apartment Association Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Committed to his ongoing career development, he has obtained the Certified Apartment Manager credential. Ariel is extremely passionate and strives for perfection in everything he does. Known as an online reputation management guru amongst his peers, Ariel has received 100+ five star reviews throughout his career.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing from Monmouth University, he has developed a customized system of diligent business practices that exceeds tenant’s expectations and increases occupancy with the aim to increase returns. In the future, Ariel hopes to continue building his industry education and mentor aspiring young professionals like himself.
