Andrea Kirch, CPM Candidate

A Portland native, Andrea came to Income Property Management in 2013 as a recent University of Oregon graduate. She started as an onsite employee before making the successful transition to the corporate staff in 2014.
Andrea, a licensed Oregon Real Estate agent, oversees a portfolio of close to 200 units (Affordable and Market Rate properties) and provides support to IPM’s Director of Affordable Housing. Her position has allowed her to take on tasks such as budget preparation, employee oversight and training coordination including planning & presentation for new hires and tenured employees.
Additionally, Andrea supervises the daily operations of the company’s Assistant Portfolio Manager team and is a key member of IPM’s Policy Manual committee and tasked with the creation of the newest manual. In her personal time, Andrea dedicates time volunteering at various community outreach events such as Rebuild Together and National Night Out.
Andrea’s responsibilities continue to grow as she gains experience in the industry and embraces the opportunity to expand her knowledge.
