Allen McCurdy - 2023-2024 Next Gen CPM Leader

Allen's career in property management started eight years ago as an Assistant manager and is currently a Regional Manager for RPM Living. Allen has extensive experience managing a variety of assets including value-add, lease-up, and distressed properties for both third party clients and owner-managed companies alike. He has successfully managed portfolios of up to 3,000 units across Texas, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.

After completing his MBA in 2016, Allen found his true passion, a love for developing others while operating assets to exceed owner/investor expectations. As an experienced trainer and mentor, Allen firmly believes in developing those he leads to enable them to meet their potential and goals. He attributes his passion for developing and leading others to his success in the people-oriented world of property management.

Allen also believes continuous personal development and growth is vital to serving his clients, teams, and organizations to the best of his ability. He is excited to continue his personal development through the Next Gen CPM Leaders Program.
