Annual deadlines

New Certification priority deadline: November 1

  • All qualifying applications for first-time certification submitted by November 1 are guaranteed certification dates for the year in which they’re submitted.

Recertification deadline: December 31

  • Recertification is required every three years by December 31
  • We've created a policy for the recertification process for transitioning to IREM CSP Version 2025. You can view our policy here.

Application fee

  • $1095 for IREM Members and AMO Firms
  • $1530 for Non-Member Individuals and Companies
