Doris Granger, a native of Honduras by birth, moved to Orlando, FL twenty years ago to start a new career and found her passion in property management. Since then, she has held many positions but being a property manager is the role she enjoys best because of the direct interaction with residents. Doris loves providing the best experiences to her residents while building strong performing teams. She is a mentor at heart who motivates colleagues to further their education and be involved in the industry. She loves cooking, baking, and photography, which she often combines with work activities.
Karen Kubinak is a Community Manager with Access Property Management, managing 418 units on 72 acres. Karen received her ARM certification in 2018 and is currently a CPM® candidate. Karen obtained her real estate license in 2012 as has won numerous industry awards. She serves as an "IREM Ambassador" with her company and is currently on the events and education committees with her local IREM chapter. Karen, a mother to 3 grown children, is also a certified paralegal, holistic life coach and is an inspirational speaker. She enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, singing, volunteering, and getting her nails done!
Rob Johnson is the General Manager of the world famous “Ilikai” in Waikiki who works with the owners of the largest high rise condo to maintain and provide the highest level of service possible. Rob believes that communication and listening to your owners is the most important part of his job. Rob has won the IREM 2018 ARM Manager of the Year and IREM 2018 Building of the Year from the Hawaii Chapter. Rob has been awarded ARM, CMCA, AMS, and PCAM to be awarded this coming fall. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University.
Vanessa is a driven and decorated Associate Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, currently overseeing the lease up of a 364-unit multifamily community just outside of Kansas City. Her expertise falls among the stabilization of lease up and distressed assets, but she's no stranger to managing nearly 1 million square feet of commercial spaces. Vanessa holds three total designations through the NAA and IREM. In 2020, Vanessa received several recognitions for her hard work and dedication in the industry, but the best title and award Vanessa holds is, "Mom,” to her two children.

Christopher J. Lieb is Director and General Manager at Oxford Properties Group, a global real estate owner, investor, developer, and manager with a portfolio of office, retail, industrial, life science, multi-residential, and hotel assets. Christopher is responsible for overseeing just under five million square feet of Oxford’s Toronto office portfolio. He has over 24 years of commercial real estate experience holding various leadership roles within the industry, including management positions in real estate management, property accounting, project management, and information technology. Christopher is a CPM, past IREM Toronto Chair, and an active REIC/IREM member for over six years.
Julia Paluka serves as an Area Manager for The RMR Group, managing properties in Colorado, Wyoming, and Missouri. She is The RMR Group’s Broker of Record for Colorado and Kansas. Her portfolio consists of office and industrial. She enjoys volunteering for IREM at both the national and local levels, most notably as the Sustainability Advisory Board Vice Chair, 2020 & 2021, and IREM Greater Denver Chapter President in 2016.
The RMR Group has approximately $32 billion of total assets under management, including over 75 million square feet of commercial office, industrial, medical office, lab, and retail space.
Lucinda Lilley is Vice President of FBS Property Management, AMO®, in Southern California. FBS Property Management manages residential assets ranging in size from one to 100 units (houses, condos, small to medium apartment communities).
She serves at the local and international levels for IREM and served as president of the San Diego Chapter in 2019 and 2020. She facilitates the Ethics Class required of all IREM members, is an IREM Instructor and also serves on the IREM HQ Ethics and Ethics Hearing and Disciplinary Board.
Muhammad JawadUrRehman is the property manager of RAK Properties PJSC in the United Arab Emirates. JawadUrRehman brings a distinct experience from the real estate industry to make it a customer-centric sector. JawadUrRehman is also an elected member of the Governing Council at IREM and the first Certified Property Manager in the Middle East and UAE.

Angela joined McGough Facility Management in August 2015. She is currently managing Butler Square, a 534,000 square foot multi-tenant office building located in downtown Minneapolis. Prior to her time at McGough, Angela’s portfolio included industrial, retail, and office buildings totaling 1.5 million square feet at any one time. She has worked with multiple ownership types from REITS, to local owners, and investment firms. She has been an Executive Councilor for the IREM Minnesota Chapter since 2015 and is serving as the president in 2021. Angela enjoys spending time with her family, husband Peter and their amazing kids Gianna, Annika, and John.
With 21 years of property management experience, Angelina is Director of Operations at Colliers International Las Vegas along with serving as Region 8 RVP for IREM. A dual designee of the CPM and CCIM, Angelina is responsible for overseeing the property management team in Las Vegas along with business development throughout the Las Vegas valley. She also serves as a mentor to members of her team along with IREM professionals within the Las Vegas community as she’s empowered by watching others succeed. In 2020, Angelina was awarded the professional achievement and mentorship award through the IREM Las Vegas Chapter due to her long-standing contributions to the commercial property management industry.
Catherine is the Secretary General of IREM Shanghai and the Director of IREM education and training in China. She is committed to continuing to promote the influence of IREM in China, develop CPM members, and promote the development of the real estate management industry.
Jasmyn Sylvester is a Senior Property Manager for Pine Tree, LLC. Jasmyn currently serves on the Membership Committee for the IREM Georgia Chapter, Diversity Advisory Board, and as an Advisory Board Member for the Disruptive Leadership Program at Stetson University. She recently served as the 2020 Chair of the Diversity Advisory Board and was named a Diversity Scholar in 2018. She also served on the IREM HBCU Taskforce. She was named as an IREM 30 Under 30 Honoree, the North Florida Chapter’s Rising Star and ACoM of the Year while serving in several Executive Board positions.
As Executive Vice President of Operations and Facilities for Cortland, Jonathan provides strategic direction, execution, and oversight for the firm’s community operations and facilities teams.
Jonathan held senior roles at Greystar, Lincoln, Boylan, and Novare prior to joining Cortland. Over the course of his career, he has managed more than $3 billion of multifamily assets across the U.S., primarily in the South and Southeast regions. Jonathan holds his CAM, CAPS, and CPM designations and is a licensed broker in North Carolina and Georgia.
Kimberly Parker is the Senior Property Manager for The Abrams Management Company, a supporter of affordable housing. She lives and works in the communities that she serves. Kimberly was a resident of an affordable housing development who became a Senior level Property Manager. She’s a single mother who raised a son in the Metro Boston area who has three successful businesses and never worked for anyone but himself as an adult. Kimberly serves on the Diversity Boards both globally and locally. She’s on the Awards and Legislation Committee and proud to be a CPM member of IREM.
