Application approval
Once you submit your application, IREM will review it along with your commercial management experience. This review takes approximately 30–45 days.
Graduation
Once your application is approved, you have graduated. IREM will present you with an official ACoM certificate and pin. Congratulations!
Now, you can use the ACoM certification with your name on professional profiles, email signatures, business cards, and more. And, IREM membership is included with your annual ACoM dues and IREM chapter dues – you can start enjoying your member benefits immediately.

Keep your membership current
Once approved as an ACoM, you are required to maintain your certification each year by paying annual ACoM dues and IREM chapter dues, which also includes membership. This helps maintain the high standards that make your ACoM so valuable.
