Save the date for Advocacy Impact Day
After two years, IREM is going back to Washington, D.C. for our Advocacy Impact Day! We hope you will join us in D.C. on March 28-29 for this important event. This is our chance to come together and communicate the vital issues affecting the real estate management profession to legislators and their staff. By participating, you'll serve as an expert in the field and advocate for the real estate management industry. In addition, you'll help us elevate the profession that we love, network with other members, and meet with elected officials. If you're unable to attend this important event, please inform your other chapter members and encourage them to attend. To learn more please visit our Advocacy webpage.

IREM Supports the Home Internet Accessibility Act
The Home Internet Accessibility Act (H.R 8778), a bipartisan bill which will gather information on all federally assisted housing that lacks the capacity to support broadband service. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will then produce an action plan, including retrofitting, to close Internet service gaps across our country. This bill will help federal government ascertain the information to drive evidence-based solutions to ensuring access to high-speed broadband in homes across the country.
