IREM attends NAR’s NXT Conference in Anaheim
Members of IREM Leadership Team and HQ attended the National Association of Relators® NXT Conference in Anaheim, California. Real estate professionals gathered from around the world to educate themselves on the industry’s ever-changing landscape.
Members of the IREM delegation attended over 35 information sessions and committee meetings, which covered a wide array of topics including insurance, federal financing and housing policy, diversity, business issues, sustainable technology, and Chat GPT.
IREM member Angela Aeschliman, CCIM, CPM®, moderated a panel session titled ‘Technologies to Go Green.” The panel discussed automation of HVAC, lighting, water, and other building systems which gives managers unprecedented control of operations, data collection, and can allow managers to make better decisions and reach new levels of operational efficiency.
During the conference’s Inaugural Gala, IREM President Renee Savage, and IREM CEO/EVP Linda Caradine-Poinsett were honored for their outstanding leadership.
