10 students and 16 early-career property managers from across the U.S. honored
Chicago (June 27, 2022) – IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management) is excited to announce its 2022 Student Leaders and Next Gen CPM® Leaders, recognizing a new generation of aspiring property managers for their achievements while helping them advance their careers.
IREM’s Student Leaders program was introduced in 2022 to recognize college and university students who’ve demonstrated academic excellence and are pursuing careers in real estate management. Student Leaders will move through the program as a cohort through the end of the year, taking part in webinars, education, and mentorship. Ten students were selected, representing IREM members from across eight states and the District of Columbia.
IREM’s Next Gen CPM Leader program helps real estate companies develop talent by fast-tracking a select group of property managers through CPM® (Certified Property Manager) certification. It also helps develop a sense of community among participants, and leverages IREM’s longstanding commitment to networking among industry professionals. The supplemental leadership training this group receives is generously sponsored by IREM Industry Partner RentManager, a provider of property management software. This year’s cohort of 16 advancing property managers from nine states will earn their CPM together over the next year.
