This tool provides real estate managers with nationwide, real-time property benchmarks for actionable insights to identify opportunities and optimize financial performance.
Partnering with BOMA offers users expanded commercial real estate data for a more comprehensive benchmarking resource. Real estate professionals will be able to compare the performance of their properties, visualize opportunities within their portfolios, and identify the areas that need attention.
