CHICAGO (December 2, 2022) – IREM’s second annual Property Management 360 event on December 7, 2022 from 10 AM until 4 PM CST is designed to cover basics and hot trending topics across six key areas of property management. Attendees will gain new skills in areas such as budgeting, leasing, maintenance, leadership, sustainability, and more, applicable that very day at their property.
Each segment is led by a top practitioner, expert vendor, or IREM-certified instructor. Attendees can join all day or tune in for topics that are of interest to them. Attendees will receive links to recordings of all sessions after the event.
“The success of last year’s Property Management 360 event sent a clear message to IREM – property management is a growing field that’s receiving a lot more attention today,” says IREM president Barry Blanton, CPM® and founding principal of Blanton Turner, an AMO® real estate management and consulting firm based in Seattle, Washington. “These professionals are looking for real ways to launch their careers, to understand the expectations, and to learn how to succeed. During this one-day virtual event, they’ll get an overview of the most important issues property managers are faced with today, presented by some of the most influential experts in the industry.”
