Sherri Commander, CPM®, is the 2023 – 2024 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 13, encompassing chapters in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. She’s also a Senior Property Manager with Lincoln Harris, and has been with this company for 16 years, managing medical office buildings for Atrium Healthcare, one of the nation’s largest non-profit healthcare systems.
Sherri’s been an active member of IREM since 2008, earning her CPM® certification in 2009. She’s served on the executive board of her local chapter for over 11 years, and was Chapter President in 2014. Additionally, Sherri has served as a member of the Conference Advisory Board for IREM’s Global Summit for 3 years, and on the REME Advisory Board for 2 years.
On a chapter level, she received the CPM of the Year Award in 2013 and 2016, and the Presidential Award in 2018. Besides IREM, Sherri’s an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), serving on the local Professional Development Committee and Board of Directors.
