Nicole Loser, CPM®, serves as the 2023-2024 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Region 2, encompassing chapters in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Nicole is also the Divisional Vice President at Berger Rental Communities (BRC), where she leads operations of the Western Division serving Multifamily markets in Central PA, State College, Pittsburgh, and MD.
Nicole has been an IREM member since 2012, earning her CPM® designation in 2013, and has served in multiple chapter leadership roles, including Education Committee Chairperson, Board member and most recently, Chapter President, 2021-22. Nicole received the Delaware Valley Chapter CPM of the Year award in 2019. She has also served as President of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association – Central in 2019 and teaches several industry designation courses.
She holds her CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association, a BA in English, and a n M.B.A. She lives just outside of Hershey, PA – the “sweetest place on Earth” with her husband and two teenage sons, and in her free time loves hiking, reading, and basketball.
