Kris Cramer, CPM®, is the 2020-2021 regional vice president for IREM® (the Institute of Real Estate Management) for Region 9, encompassing chapters in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. As senior property manager for Colliers International, Cramer is responsible for an industrial portfolio over 5 million square feet and office consisting of 436,000 square feet.
Throughout her almost 35-year career, Cramer has directed the management of a variety of Class A real estate assets including high-rise buildings, suburban office, and medical office buildings. Prior to Colliers, she was a senior property manager for Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for a downtown retail portfolio of 297,000 square feet and office consisting of 522,500 square feet. Cramer was also a senior property manager for Hammes Company where she was responsible for 1.7 million square feet of medical office buildings and five property managers throughout the country.
Cramer is an active member of various real estate and professional organizations. She holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation and is currently the 2019 IREM Chicago chapter president, a position she also held in 2014. Cramer also serves on the IREM National Ethics Committee and Ethics Appeals board.
