Gregory Cichy, CPM®, serves on the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Board of Directors. He’s also the Managing Director of Real Estate Management Services for the Washington DC metro area with Colliers International. Colliers is a global leader in commercial real estate services with more than 16,300 professionals operating from 502 offices in 67 countries. With an enterprising culture and significant insider ownership, Colliers professionals provide a full range of services to real estate occupiers, owners, and investors worldwide.
Cichy joined IREM in 1996 and earned his CPM® designation in 2001. He’s long been involved with IREM’s West Central Maryland chapter, and has held various chapter leadership positions, including that of president. At the national level, he’s served IREM as a regional vice president, as a member of the Audit and Investment Committee, and the Income and Expense Committee.
Cichy has more 23 years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining Colliers International he held positions at Vornado Realty Trust, Grubb & Ellis Company, and Hines Interests, L.P. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from the University of Maryland, and Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
Cichy is a member of IREM West-Central Maryland chapter.
