Dee Headley, CPM® , CCIM, serves as the President on the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Foundation Board of Directors. Headley is a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, and is responsible for more than 19 million square feet of real estate. Her account management responsibilities include oversight of a team of managers supporting more than 48 clients and 180 buildings. She also oversees the Louisville, KY market. These managers handle day-to-day operations, tenant improvements, capital improvements, financial reporting, and lease and contract administration. Headley is also a leader in the Distressed Asset Services Team.
Headley has more than 35 years of real estate management experience and involvement with IREM. She’s served as 2009-10 president of the IREM Indianapolis chapter, and also served on IREM’s Governing Council 2011-2013, and as a Regional Vice President. She was honored as IREM Indianapolis’ “CPM of the Year” in 2006 and has received numerous industry awards, most recently the Indianapolis Culture Award in 2014.
Headley earned her CPM certification in 2005.
