Chase Crawford is the 2024-2025 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Region 7, encompassing IREM chapters in Oklahoma and Texas. He’s also the Houston General Manager at Granite Properties, a privately held commercial real estate investment, development and management company. In 2022, Granite Properties was named NAOIP’s 2022 Developer of The Year.
Chase leads the award-winning Houston Property Experience Team, which was recently recognized with the REDNews 2023 Property Management Company of the Year award. In recent years, his team has earned the following awards:

Chase has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience overseeing the management and operations of a total of 7 million square feet of Class A & B Office in the greater Houston area over his career. He currently oversees Granite’s Houston portfolio of 2.3 million square feet of high quality office space.
Chase is a Director for Harris County Improvement District #4, aka The Energy Corridor District, and the 2024 President of the Houston Real Estate Council. In 2017, he became IREM Houston’s youngest chapter president in its 65+ year history. IREM Houston is currently the 2nd largest IREM chapter in the world with more than 550 members.
Chase holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas Tech University.
