Brad Randall, CPM®, is the 2023-2024 regional vice president for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Region 8, encompassing chapters in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada and Utah. Brad is the current owner and operator of Welch Randall Real Estate and Property Management, a management and real estate firm in Utah focusing on the management of single-family rentals, small multi-family, small commercial properties and over sixty residential and commercial homeowner association properties.
Brad graduated with a degree in Facilities and Property Management in 2008 from Brigham Young University. He later received a master’s degree from the same university and taught two property management courses at BYU for eight years. He joined the IREM Utah Chapter in 2009, and has served in numerous local positions including chapter president and committee chair. On a national level, Brad serves as an IREM instructor, and has served on IREM task forces focused on education, training, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Brad loves being involved in the property management industry locally, including service as the 2022 Board Chair for the Rental Housing Association of Utah, 2018 Chapter President for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), board member for the Northern Wasatch Board of Realtors and committee member for the National Apartment Association, Brigham Young University Advisory Council and National Association of Residential Property Managers. Brad has been a featured speaker, facilitator and educator at multiple property management-related conferences and has appeared on multiple nationally syndicated podcasts.
