Annual Fund Contributions

Overview

IREM Foundation contributions provide fund scholarships and general grants, and enable student and industry outreach. That means more IREM members earning certifications, purchasing products, attending events and giving back to our Institute so that we can deliver on our mission: To be a resource for people and organizations seeking to advance the profession of real estate management.

As a nonprofit organization we rely heavily upon the generous financial support of individual and organizational donors. Contributions to the IREM Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

How can you help

There are a number of ways you can help the IREM Foundation:

  • Make an individual contribution online by clicking here
  • Send a donation with your IREM membership renewal – all IREM members are given the opportunity to make a contribution in conjunction with their IREM membership dues payments
  • Send a donation directly to the IREM Foundation at 430 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL 60611
  • Request a matching contribution from your employer
  • Participate in special fundraising events held in conjunction with national IREM meetings
  • Sponsor the development of an IREM Foundation program or initiative
  • Donate a tribute gift in memory or honor of a someone special
  • Make a bequest in your will

Get Recognized

Contributions to the IREM Foundation Annual Fund are celebrated for their generosity and support. The following levels of donation are listed each year in the IREM Foundation Annual Report, and on irem.org.

Annual Contributor - $99 and below
Bronze - $100 to $249
Silver - $250 to $499
Gold - $500 to $999
Mezzanine Club - $1,000 to $1,999
Atrium Club - $2,000 to $2,999
Board Room - $3,000 to $4,999
President's Circle - $5,000 and above
