Robert FullerRobert Fuller currently serves as Property and Facilities Management of Life Sciences Buildings and Laboratories and is responsible for directly managing one of the client’s Global Data Centers and having oversight of one other Data Center. He has supported the client over the past eight years working in tandem with the Engineering, Administrative & the Capital Projects Teams in the areas of Financial Budgeting, Maintaining Electrical & HVAC Equipment Infrastructure, and fulfilling Environmental Requirements in the Data Center Environment. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, New Jersey and is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified Data Center Management Professional with CNet and a Certified Commercial Investment Management Designation with CCIM. He has previously presented an IREM webinar titled “Comprehensive Facilities Management of Data Centers”, contributed to an IREM Podcast speaking on “Data Centers” and has written an article on “Managing the Data Center” that appeared in a recent issue of the IREM Journal of Property Management. He currently serves as Vice-Chair on the IREM Educational & Knowledge Committee.
