Successful management starts with understanding ownership objectives.  All decisions in management must be made with the ownership goals in mind – that is your roadmap.  Sometimes we are asked to make decisions that compromise our values and our integrity.  Learn how managing relationships well can positively impact our ability to manage property.

Learning Objectives:

  • Revisiting the meaning of Ethics – the IREM way
  • Relationship Management - doing the right thing
  • Asset Management with Integrity
