Shelby Fusci - 2021-2022 Next-Gen CPM Leader

Shelby Fusci is currently an experienced Community Manager within MEB Management Services. She has been a part of the industry and MEB since 2015. Her career started as a leasing specialist, where she learned that she had a strong passion for property management. She was quickly promoted to the Assistant Manager of Zona Rio Apartments within a year and a half of starting. Gaining great experience as an Assistant in 2018, she was promoted to her current position of overseeing a 210-apartment home community. During the past few years as a manager, she has volunteered with a handful of organizations from the Tucson Homeless Connect, Arizona Multi-housing Association, and a variety of events held by MEB Management Services to give back to the local community. She has demonstrated the ability to optimize property management activities, improve guest service, and grow revenues. She finds pride in being able to provide problem-solving, communication, and leadership in this industry.
