Kelli Stuart is the Property Manager at 61 Banks Street, a new eight-story, 58-unit luxury rental community in Chicago’s vibrant Gold Coast neighborhood developed and managed by Draper & Kramer. Her 10 years of residential property management experience in both suburban and city properties have allowed her to become well versed in many aspects outside of day-to-day operations including lease-ups, renovations and due diligence.

Kelli is currently in charge of managing the leasing (in conjunction with an outside agency), maintenance and door staff in addition to acting as a liaison between the construction contractors and the building residents. Her energetic personality and open door policy allows her to easily connect with coworkers, residents and vendors. Outside of work, Kelli enjoys skiing (both water and snow), spending time at the lake and exploring the many different Chicago neighborhoods.
