Lynn M. Disbrow - Chief Operating Officer

Lynn Disbrow is IREM’s Chief Operating Officer. Lynn joined the Institute in 1986 and has served in several leadership roles including oversight of membership, chapters, meetings and conferences, marketing, the IREM Foundation, and governance and leadership. 

In her time at IREM, Lynn has initiated and led several transformational programs, including developing and implementing a new credentialing assessment, creating the Institute’s first chapter leadership conference, introducing the Institute’s first non-credentialed membership category, and creating an Industry Partner Program for service providers. She also earned an outstanding employee achievement award from her colleagues for her help in launching the Institute’s redefined education program.

Lynn is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and Association Forum. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
