Shopping Center Checklist
Choose the workbook for your property type. The workbook is a comprehensive guide that will walk you through all the baseline requirements and activities across the five sustainability categories. Complete the pages in the workbook to submit along with your application.

The cost to apply for certification is $800 for non-members or $400 for IREM members or AMO firms.
