  • Firms with an IREM CPM® in an executive management position
  • Real estate management firms in the U.S. or abroad, currently engaged in real estate management and in business for at least three years
  • Real estate management firms who have not filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal Bankruptcy Code, unless discharged of its debts

Overview: Submit the AMO Application for IREM review to verify that your firm meets the specific financial, operational, insurance, and client service standards required.
Time: 3-5 hours

Overview: Become accredited, get officially recognized, and acquire the right to use the AMO accreditation in business activities, and start utilizing the benefits of being an AMO.
