Jennifer Mesey, CPM, is the 2016-2017 Regional Vice President for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for Region 10 encompassing chapters in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. She is a senior property manager with DCM Group. She has specialized in commercial property management including office, retail, industrial, and medical for more than 17 years in the St. Louis suburban market. Headquartered in St. Louis, DCM Group manages more than 3.2 million square feet, and approximately 2.4 million square feet are under Mesey’s direct supervision.
Locally, Mesey has served in numerous positions on the St. Louis Chapter Board of Directors for the past 11 years, including that of president. She was named CPM Candidate of the Year in 2008 and CPM of the Year by the St. Louis Chapter in 2011. Mesey earned her CPM designation in 2010.
She has been an active member on the national level, serving on the Governing Council, National Education Committee, and Student Outreach Committee. She has been a speaker at previous IREM Fall Leadership Conferences in San Diego, New Orleans, and Arizona, and delivered presentations on topics including the iPad for Property Managers, Feeling Cloudy about the Cloud, and Lessons in Technology.
She has earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University and was a recipient of the St. Louis BOMA Chapter’s Sam Weintraub scholarship.
Mesey is a member of IREM St. Louis Chapter 11.
