Anne Lemon, CPM, ARM, serves on the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Executive Committee. She is a Senior Property Manager with Kessinger/Hunter & Co. LLC and has responsibilities for the daily management and operation of the Hallbrook Office Park, the Holmes Corporate Center I & II, 7045 College, Kansas City Cancer Center Holmes, as well as several other buildings throughout the Kansas City Metro, including tenant relations, budget preparation, monthly financial reporting, maintenance supervision, and contract negotiations.
Prior to joining Kessinger/Hunter, Lemon handled oversight of a management team responsible for approximately one million square feet of Class A Office property along the College Boulevard corridor in Overland Park, KS for Block Real Estate Services, LLC. This portfolio owned by the Boston based REIT, Colony Realty Partners, included the buildings known as 7101 College Boulevard, Financial Plaza and Commerce Plaza. Lemon also spent eight years with Copaken White & Blitt and was responsible for 1.2 million square feet of Class A Office property located in downtown Kansas City.
Lemon earned her ARM certification in 2001, and her CPM designation in 2003. Over the years, she has been active in the organization both locally and nationally. On the local level, she has held numerous leadership positions with IREM’s Kansas City Chapter 15, including that of president, and also served as a member on the Executive Committee for the chapter from 2004-2012. She was honored with the chapters “CPM of the Year” award in 2006. At the national level, she has served as Regional Vice President and has been active in serving on multiple IREM committees and boards.
In 2000, Lemon received a degree in Business Administration from the Bloch School of Business at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, earning a place on the Dean’s List.
Lemon is a member of IREM Kansas City Chapter 15.
