Course Description
This course is part of a series which introduces the recovery billing process to newer property managers and supplies helpful guidance to the more experienced property manager. Included in this course is an examination of the expense recovery process, with emphasis given to methodologies and processes for grossing up and administering expense caps.

- Learn reasons and methodologies for adjusting for occupancy (grossing up).
